Please do not be sad because winter break is over. Please smile because it happened. Just think about it, okay? How close are we to summer now that Christmas has passed? I know what you're thinking: back to school, back to homework, and being so stressed that you can barley breathe. I want to give you some tips to not stress, relax and help you survive.
1. WATER.
Drinking water may not keep you up all night to study for your exam, but it will help with your skin. It is proven that more water you drink, the clearer your skin is. Don't let zits get you down!!
2. Get some sleep.
Always remember to SLEEP! You cannot pass, heck even focus correctly if you do not get enough sleep!! Rest your body!
3. Try yoga!
Yoga is very good to relieve stress! But not only does it help you relax; BURNS CALORIES PEOPLE!!!
4. EAT MORE VEGGIES!!!!
Stop eating out so much. Look, I love Chick Fil A as much as the next person, but grease weighs you down! Eat lighter foods. It helps keep you going through the day!!
