Why Tina Belcher From "Bob’s Burgers" Is Amazing

1. She’s never afraid to speak her mind.

Tina Belcher has never had trouble with speaking her mind even when it comes to those cringe-worthy things that most people would never say. Tina is fully okay with putting herself in the hot seat if it means getting an answer or understanding herself or someone else better.

2. She would rather tell the truth than a lie.

Does anyone remember that episode in which Bob let Tina drive the car in a parking lot without a license? Tina was so uncomfortable with being dishonest that she actually hit a parked car. Later Bob tried to lie to the insurance guy saying that he drove the car but Tina quickly swooped in and slightly ruined the lie by trying to elaborate further. Eventually she comes clean and feels much better for it. Tina likes to be open and honest more than most people. Deep in her heart she knows that lies don’t do much good but the truth is much more useful.

3. She is completely comfortable being herself.

Tina Belcher accepts herself for all her flaws which consist of her sweaty armpits, strange friend fiction, pony collection and boy-crazy attitude. Throughout most of the series people try to make her feel bad about who she is and every now and then it gets to her, but she usually comes out on top by deciding to be herself. She also encourages many other characters in the series to do the same.

4. She is a dedicated writer.

Tina has written a fanfiction for almost everything to the point where she has to go and write friend fiction now since she’s out of material to work off of. Tina never seems to run out of inspiration. Lucky!

5. She knows the difference between right and wrong.

Although Tina may sometimes go along with things that she knows is wrong, she is a naturally good and honest person. In some episodes you may see her trying to pick up the pieces of the wrong choices that she’s made or even trying to help others not to do so. At the end of the day she knows what’s right and wrong and the right way usually always wins.

6. She is dedicated in her love life.

Tina has many love interests, but she knows that love is not an easy road. She works hard at trying to develop the relationship between her and her love interests and is comfortable with standing up for herself when they say or do something that she does not approve of, yet Tina is forgiving and gladly takes them back.

7. She's one cool girl.

Literally Tina Belcher is one of the most hilarious and adorable characters on almost any television show I’ve watched. She is irresistibly herself which is kind of inspiring in a way. You should tune in and watch "Bob’s Burgers" to see the quirky and sweet Tina Belcher!

Girl With Bleached Hair
Tumblr

I've been a bleach blonde for over a year now, and let me tell you, it is a lifestyle. More hair appointments, longer showers, and special shampoo. But it is totally worth it!

1. Mentally preparing yourself to convince your hair dresser that white is the way to go.

2. Or the anxiety of what could go wrong by bleaching your hair at home.

3. You could either become a ginger

4. Or a pixie

5. The face you make in the mirror when you take off your towel to unveil the perfect white strands.

6. Taking a million selfies the day you bleached it, because you know your roots will be back in literally 2 days.

7. Having to get bangs or a big chop because your hair is so damaged.

8. Having orange highlights in between touch-ups.

9. Going out for a drink afterwards to debut your updated look.

Despite the struggles, you love your platinum blonde hair! You make sure Instagram knows it, too. You don't need a filter, because the color is flawless by itself!

I've been at this college thing for almost three and a half years, and while I thought that high school was truly the lowest point of my existence, I'm beginning to realize that it was a walk in the park. Like, I miss the days when the biggest white lie I told my parents was my made up excuse about being late for fourth period. These days, the white lies are a tad more complex, and as ashamed as I am to admit it, I've definitely told a few of these.
