Starting off as a brunette beauty in season 16, professional dancer and Dancing with the Stars pro, Sharna Burgess won America’s hearts the first time she stepped out on the dance floor. From a quick cha cha to a romantic Viennese waltz, Sharna and her partners have impressed not only America, but the judges as well. Not only do Sharna and her partners receive high scores, but they also tell a story through their dances. (Which, in my opinion, is the best part.) Sharna has danced with athletes such as Charlie White and Antonio Brown as well as backstreet boy, Nick Carter. Sharna has also danced with Noah Galloway, who is a Iraq War veteran that lost his left arm and leg while serving our country. The couple shared Noah’s story through their dances each week and ended in third place. Another amazing story Sharna and her partner have shared through dance is the one of Indy race car driver, James Hinchcliffe. After crashing his car into a wall and suffering injuries with the survival rate of 0%, James and Sharna ended in second place after a highly scored and fun season.
Seeing Sharna dance throughout nine seasons with great partners and telling even greater stories, she has proven that she is a force to be reckoned with. Of course, not everything is about winning, but come on now. It has been nine seasons and our fiery redhead has yet to hold a Mirrorball Trophy. Enough is enough.
Here are 5 reasons why Sharna deserves to win DWTS:
Sharna is not only beautiful but she is known to be one of the nicest, warmhearted pros on Dancing With The Stars.
She has turned people with no dance experience into hip shakin’ salsa dancers.
Along with that, she proves time and time again that her choreography is simply amazing.
Sharna wants to dance and she loves to be the best teacher she can be but her main priority is to tell a story, which again, she has done multiple times.
She has been in the finals three times and is the last standing member of her family (Maks, Peta and Val) without a mirrorball.
Sharna is currently competing on Dancing with the Stars for the ninth time with bull rider, Bonner Bolton. Now it is only fair that this beautifully talented dancer comes out on top this time and by the looks of it, she has a pretty good chance. Not only do Sharna and Bonner have undeniable chemistry, but Bonner has great potential and I can’t wait to see him and Sharna grow throughout this season!
Now, after reading this you should vote for Bonner and Sharna every Monday night!
