Television used to be so much more interesting before they cancelled shows and brought in new ones, here are a few shows we will never forget.

1. "The Amanda Show"

Before Amanda Bynes became crazy and lost control of her life. "The Amanda Show" featured Drake and Josh as well.

2. "Drake and Josh"

After the Amanda Show was "Drake and Josh." This show is still sometimes on late night TV, but would be cool if it still made new episodes of how their college life is going.

3. "The Power Puff Girls"

If you weren't trying to figure out which Spice Girl you were as a kid, you were trying to figure out which Power Puff girl you were (I always liked Bubbles). It was common among my girlfriends to fight over who was more like Blossom, since she was the "leader".

4. "Laguna Beach"

It was the TV show that was as close to "adult TV" most of us got way back when. The show filmed these high school seniors/juniors and made us all believe that high school was full of black and white parties and a lot of drama. Lauren and LO later moved to LA for college where they began to film "The Hills".

5. "Sabrina The Teenage Witch"

Everyone remembers this one, Salem the cat was the favorite of the show.

6. "Lizzie McGuire"

Hilary Duff, one of the only Disney stars to not completely loose track of her life.

7. "Kim Possible"

Nowadays, when you hear someone's phone beep that awesome ring, they are immediately cool.

8. "Ed, Ed, and Eddie"

Was never a fan of this one, but I enjoyed that one of the characters was friends with a plank of wood.

9. "Dexter's Laboratory"

It was always cool how DiDi never told her parents her brother was running a lab under their house. Or that Dexter's parents never realized how outrageous their electric bill probably was.

9. "Full House"

Even though Fuller House is now on Netflix, this show will always be missed.

10. "Jimmy Neutron"

My favorite part of this show was his hover car.

11. "That's So Raven"

This show was one of my favorites. From her visions to her father's restaurant "The Chill Grill".

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
