Remember the days when we actually watched television and didn't spend most of our days on our phones or social media? There was a different focus years ago and I know I'm not the only one that reminisces about those days. When everyone wasn't obsessed with watching other peoples lives but their own. Everyone was in their own lane and these oldies just made everything much better.
1. "Waterboy"
2. "Romeo Must Die"
I wasn't that old when Aaliyah was alive but I remember her so vividly in this movie. Her beauty goes unnoticed and hearing her songs throughout the movie was always a bonus.
3. "Save The Last Dance"
My favorite movie of all time. This made me want to be a ballerina so bad when dance was life.
4. "Bring It On"
All the series, the characters, and the attitudes made cheerleading a force to be reckoned with.
5. "Love Jones"
Falling in love like Nina and Darius did has always been ideal for me. Despite, some of the mishaps they had during their relationship.
6. "The Wood"
Classic. Makes me think if things were the same when my parents went to school.
7. "Napoleon Dynamite"
One of the funniest movies to date. There's no debate on this one.
8. "Martin"
I watch the same episodes of Martin whenever I'm home and actually have time to watch tv. Bruh man is pure jokes.
9. "Brown Sugar"
Being in love with your childhood best friend who also shares the same passions you do. What more could one ask for?
