Forevergreen
Two young saplings placed in a field, destined to fail all alone.
As time passed, they grew to be unique.
Appearing both strong yet unable,
Growing apart for more light.
As the winters had come and gone,
They were both battered, but survived.
When they had matured to full grown height,
They began to wilt under the weight from within.
Realizing this, Mother Nature began to stir,
With storm winds ever so fierce.
As quickly as they began to die,
They were born again.
The wind had brought them nearer,
And inexplicably they began to thrive.
Both evergreen trees became a single being.
They will remain forever green in life, even after death.
A forevergreen.
