Since the day I turned 21 many of my family members and friends have taken me to casinos all around the country for a fun night out and although I am not the biggest fan of gambling some of these casinos are impressive works of art and architecture. Many of these have attractions other than the allure of winning large amounts of money attracting tourist from all around the world. Today I will be making a list of the top three casinos for the casual tourist to visit, consider this the all-time bucket list for Casinos. Just to note I will be only including casino's in the United States as foreign laws and regulations can make identifying buildings as "casinos" quite difficult.
3. Borgata Casino, Atlantic City New Jersey
Coming in at number 3 is one of the few casino's in this list not based out of Las Vegas, the Borgata Casino located in Atlantic City New Jersey. Like all good casino's the Borgata features all the standard table games and slot machines that any gambler would expect. In addition, the Borgata has an amazing theater called the "Music Box". The theater can only hold 1200 people but is a stage for some of the biggest names in comedy and music, the Music Box is described an intimate for how close all seats are to the stage. In addition to all the boutique shops and bars, this casino also features a full sized spa for those who just need to take some time off.
2. Paris, Las Vegas
Coming in at number 2 is the Paris located in Las Vegas Nevada. Not surprising to see any Las Vegas casino's on this list but there is a reason for it. In addition to being located in the number one gambling city in the United States, the Paris in Las Vegas is just a beautiful work of architecture. Featuring a realistic looking Eiffel tower out front as a unmissable landmark for all tourist. The sign out front is also shaped like the Montgolfier balloon, in addition, two other French landmark replicas can be found at this casino. The Arc De Triomphe and the La Fontaine Des Mers. The featured theater is called the "Theatre Des Arts" and can hold up to 1200 people. Being located on the Vegas strip next to all the other famous casino's, this is a must-see work of art.
1. The Wynn, Las Vegas
The staple of the Las Vegas Strip is no doubt The Wynn, a world-class hotel, and casino. This casino is extremely high tech and attracts some of the richest people in the world. The casino is such a staple of Vegas that many film directors feature this building in movies. The casino also has a restaurant called "Wing Lei" where chef Ming Yu blends the flavors of China with a Western technique to create delicious cuisine. The restaurant is so good that this is the only Chinese restaurant in North America to be recognized with the prestigious Forbes Five-Star Award. If you find yourself on a trip to Vegas you must eat and play at this casino and you will have the ultimate night out.
