The many possible culprits might immediately seem like things you just have to live with, but there are ways to prevent as well as fix most sexual troubles. 1.Surgery

Two types of surgery can improve either the girth or length of your penis, but let us start with the former since it is less invasive and easier to perform. To increase girth, fat is removed from the fleshiest parts of the body, like the stomach or glutes, and this fat is injected directly into the cartilage of the penis, giving the penis a thicker appearance. Often, the fat that is injected into the penis is reabsorbed into the rest of the body in such a way that the entire surgery is null, though the surgery is not a big deal in the first place, assuming there is no infection, which is a possibility with any surgery, penile or otherwise. The main caveat with this type of surgery is to confirm that an excellent, experienced doctor is performing the surgery.

Next is lengthening surgery, which may be a bit dicier. While this process does not add any extra cartilage or skin to the penis, it does make the penis look longer. Lengthening surgery removes the ligament that connects the penis to the bone. In this way, the penis sticks out more, looking a half-inch longer than it really is. At most, once the tissue is cut, skin will be moved from the abdomen to the base of the shaft. Otherwise, this surgery only makes your penis look longer. After surgery, more of the penis will be visible even when it is not erect. The only major issue with this surgery is that your erections will be less stable and you will be more likely to break the cartilage accidentally. It can also cause infections, though this is much less likely.

2.Penile Exercise

While there are no muscles in the penis, its skin and cartilage can still be stretched gently. While many methods are either unsafe or futile, one technique abounds across all types of online communities: Jelqing. Jelqing is a process that encourages blood to flow from the heart to the head of the penis. More generally, it creates minor scar tissue in the penis that slowly increases penile length regardless of how much blood is present. Here is how it works.

First, make a ring with your index finger and thumb, ensuring that the ring is slightly smaller than the girth of what will ultimately be your massive dick. Place this ring at the base of the shaft where the penis meets the pelvic bone. From there, maintain the girth of the ring and move it up to the head of the penis, applying pressure every step of the way. Repeat this process as many times as possible within fifteen minutes.

Just make sure you do it slowly, and do not tighten your grip too much. A grip that is too tight will cause numbness at best and injury or permanent disfigurement at worst. Putting too much pressure on the blood vessels in the penis might also lead to erectile dysfunction, so if you want to try jelqing, then be careful.

3.Exercise

While this might be a hassle if you feel that you are already exercising enough, you can always combine exercise with healthy eating habits to try to lose weight. Exercise is one of the best ways to increase stamina, feel longer, make sex more enjoyable, and make thrusting less tiring. Consider daily routines like going for walks, lifting weights, and running on a treadmill. These are all great ways to feel better outside the bedroom, too.

4.Medication

While you should not trust a desperate podcast host’s wares, erectile dysfunction pills help sustain an erection that is so strong and firm as to feel longer. These pills allow for more blood to flow into the penis, while less blood is able to flow back into the rest of the body, and this effect can last for many hours.
