Vacations are a wonderful time, and are always much needed. However, getting there can be quite the process – filled with varying emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Here are the thoughts that typically run through my head.
1. I literally have nothing to wear.
2. I definitely need to bring ten pairs of shoes for a week-long trip.
3. I have to bring a lot of outfit options because who knows what I'm doing?
4. Why is my flight at five in the morning?
5. Who makes up when these flights get scheduled?
6. Is it pointless to sleep before my flight?
7. Surely this insane amount of clothing can fit into my suitcase.
8. If I sit on my suitcase, maybe it'll actually close.
9. Okay, that didn't work. Maybe if I use all of my force it will close.
10. Okay, I got it shut, and I'm not opening it until I get there.
11. Hopefully my suitcase meets the weight requirement.
12. 4 a.m. is just way too early to be awake.
13. Flying alone is kind of scary.
14. What if I miss my flight?
15. I'm probably going to get lost.
16. Where's the nearest Starbucks?
17. Of course my connecting flight is completely across the airport.
18. I'm not running, no matter if I miss my flight.
19. Maybe there will be a Starbucks on the way there.
20. Okay, finally made it. And we haven't even started boarding!
21. Still no Starbucks in sight.
22. Does this place not have Starbucks? Disappointing.
23. Shoutout to the woman flying with two babies. Hopefully they don't cry too much.
24. Ok, phew, found a Starbucks!
25. Love quick flights.
26. Hate turbulence.
27. Why can't I sleep on planes?
28. Pretzels taste better when you're on a plane.
29. I actually enjoy flying.
30. One flight down, one to go!
31. Made it safely to the ground again.
32. I couldn't be more excited for my trip!
33. I could really use a nap.
34. Excited for tons of adventures.
35. I hate driving in big cities.
36. Operation act like I'm not a tourist.
37. Time to start the traveling process over again.
38. Vacations go by too fast.
39. Thankful for great memories.
40. Home sweet home.
