You did it! Well...maybe not yet, but soon. You're at the end of your final semester of (insert certain year) college. It wasn't the easiest thing, but finals have come to an end and summer is just about to start. No more work to worry about and a whole bunch of plans just waiting for you back at home or wherever you may be heading next! Here are some thoughts we can all probably relate to during this time and right before it as told by Frank Gallagher from Shameless.
1. Finishing finals, but then thinking about everything you have to pack.
It's not fun and I don't think anyone is laughing after picking up those boxes.
2. Having to defend yourself when a teacher gets annoyed you're happy to be leaving.
Some people may like school, but others don't. It is what it is, folks.
3. When someone tells you you'll never pack up your stuff in time.
I know I brought too much stuff to college...I tried not to.
4. Having to deal with interviewing for internships and summer jobs.
Oh, the position is filled? I was just asking for a friend.
5. Making crazy summer plans and having someone tell you they're unrealistic.
I could travel the world in 3 months...I think.
6. Being dramatic with your college friends you'll see in approximately 3 months or less.
Let's be real, we all need those final Instagram pictures.
7. Getting into a good mood after finals finally end.
This is in between the good moment in time and packing.
8. Trying to recall what you learned this year and remembering...well, nothing.
I swear I was paying attention.
9. Having to say goodbye to your friends and getting a little too emotional.
See you next semester!
