If you're anything like me, leaving home to go to school is hard, even if you have exciting things going on this school year. And if you're anything like me, you'll probably have these thoughts going through your head on the way there.

I don't want to leave.

Me right now.

I'm going to miss my dog.

The worst thing about leaving? Telling your baby goodbye.

I'm going to miss home.

There's nothing like being with your family in your home.

Being this far away sucks.

Because sometimes, you just want to go home after a long day of classes.

I hope I have a good semester anyways.

Let's hope.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
