You know that feeling of pressure when everyone around you looks built, fit and just overall good? Like you HAVE to keep your body in order just so you don't risk getting compared to others because of your slightly off gym bod?! Well, although it is important to have some standards, it is also vital to do what you want with your life and to live how you want. That could be by ignoring the beauty ideals or just acknowledging your passion for having a flat tummy or muscular biceps. Living how you want can go one of both ways and that is perfectly acceptable There are people out there with different preferences.Now, for myself, I would love to be in shape and eat right. But the motivation is not there.It would make me feel better to literally be living better, and I know to achieve that, I have to make better eating choices and build a gym regimen.
The only way I know I can achieve this is hitting the gym because I for sure am not letting go of my eating habits. For me, I just cannot bring myself to go to the gym or find that I am happy to be going. On one hand, it does feel rewarding after a gym sesh, but initially getting up and going takes a lot of internal motivation.Laziness takes over and something comes over my mind that tells me that laying on my bed is a much better idea than getting up, getting in my car and bringing myself to hell the gym.
