Thoughts From An Upperclassman On The First Week Of School

We have just ended the first week of classes, marking the beginning of my junior year. I have watched the freshmen move into their dorms and I've helped many of them find where there classes are, and it has brought me to realize a few thing. Here are a few thoughts I have had during the first week of classes.

1. I'm still here?

2. Okay I have to be at work at 8:30 so I'll wake up at 7:45 and leave at 8:15.

3. *makes time in class schedule to eat a lengthy lunch*

4. I'm no longer concerned with how I look for class.

5. Was I this dumb my freshman year?

6. Free t-shirt? I'm there.

7. Free food? I'm there.

8. I no longer buy my books before school starts.

9. I'm never too early for my classes.

10. What's a hairbrush?

11. When was the last time I took a real shower?

12. When is winter break?

13. Syllabus week isn't syllabus week anymore.

14. I miss my mom.

15. Woah, look at that hottie.

These are just a few things I've caught myself thinking about this week. I didn't include me thinking about naps or chicken nuggets because that's pretty much a given at this point. What have you been thinking about?
