Thoughts, feelings...

I have been a hard core fan of Greys Anatomy for a while now. It has been my favorite show to watch on tv and to binge watch as well. It is one of those shows that you start watching and you just cannot stop. At first, the surgerys are hard to watch because of the blood and what not. I saw every episode more than once. It is one of those shows that takes my mind off of everything else. A lot of episodes are sad and it makes you realize how precious life really is as well.

The season 13 finale of Greys Anatomy aired on May 18th, 2017. And this is what I felt about it.

First off, I do not like the idea of Maggie Pierce and Jackson Avery being together as a couple because Jackson is April Kepner's guy. Jackson and April deserve to be together. Maggie and Jackson do not make a great match. I by all means get that Jackson was helping Maggie when her mother got cancer. Besides that, Jackson should stick with April. i mean, they have a kid together.

Second, my heart hurts for Meredith Grey! She did do the right thing by sending Nathan Riggs off to see Megan because Mer even mentions that if that was Derek, she would already be gone. It just sucks because Mer is finally happy, and Nathan's wife decides to show up like Addison Montgomery did with Derek and Mer.

Third, Miranda Bailey is for sure back!. I loved the old Dr. Bailey in the old Greys Anatomy seasons. Ever since she had Tucker, she changed. During the finale, most of the fans could see that the old Bailey is back just by how she fired Dr. Mimick. Mimick deserved it. And I hope Arizona Robbins breaks it off with Mimick. They do not belong together.

Fourth, I am relieved Shonda Rimes did not kill off Stephanie Edwards. I will miss Stephanie, but she deserves to follow her dreams. Even if it is another role.

Fifth, I want to know what happened to Erin. I just want to know if she is still alive. Nothing was really said. I just hope she is okay.

Sixth, Chief Richard Webber ends up being okay! His character was one of a few characters I was worried about. If Shonda would have killed Webber off, I would have been heartbroken.

Seventh, I am glad Amelia is being a good wife for once to Owen. Good for them. I always liked them together and believe Amelia is better for Owen compared to Christina Yang. I am glad Megan is okay too. Can they bring Teddy back too?

Eighth, what will happen to the hospital? I hope everyone is okay.

Nineth, where was Andrew Delucca and Jo Wilson? Did Jo's husband find Jo?

Tenth, they hardly showed Alex. Where was he this season? Strange.

Lastly, Mer and Alex do not belong together.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
