You go, JoJo.

33 Thoughts From 'The Bachelorette' Premiere
ABC

I'll admit it: I love "The Bachelorette." Is it completely unrealistic and do the majority of the relationships end within months of the engagement? Absolutely. Is it entertaining and hilarious? I think so. Now, normally, I'm one of those people who looks up spoilers so I know who to pick as my favorites early on *gasp* I know. But this season, I'm going in with completely open eyes and I'll be avoiding hitting up Reality Steve to see who wins. Sorry, Steve.

The first episode of the season is always my favorite. Seeing 25 guys step out a limo trying to woo the "luckiest woman in America" is always a good time, and this season's premiere did not disappoint. Here's a look inside my thoughts during the first episode of the season.

1. Oh my gosh I've missed this show.

2. Wow, JoJo is so pretty.

3. Can I borrow that dress when you're done with it, girl?

4. What about that floral romper? Please?

5. "I hope JoJo is the one who lights my fire" Oh man here come all the puns.

6. .....hellloooo Jordan *heart eyes*

7. That's a lucky shark.

8. "Bachelor Superfan" is NOT an occupation.

9. Shoot, I have to fill out my bracket.

10. Oh my gosh, Evan. That's your job?

11. Wait, Team Alex? Team Ali? Or Team Luke? Team Christian?

12. I have too many favorites already. They haven't even gotten out of the limos yet.

13. Have you seen this show before, James? You kinda need a rose to have a relationship here.

14. Who comes up with these gimmicks when they walk up?

15. "Jo Jo Jo Jo Jo" I see what ya did there, Santa....

16. Also "Hipster"? Not a job, buddy.

17. Why is everyone having a problem with the cheesy gimmicks? Again, have you not seen this show before?

18. Seriously, what's wrong with them? She's LOVING it!

19. WHAT IS JIM HALPERT DOING HERE? Oh sorry, that's Derek.

20. Jordan saves the day.

21. He's still wearing the Santa outfit?

22. Is that a capella group really staying around the whole time?

23. News flash: emotions are not a bad thing, Chad.

24. Seriously, alcohol should be off limits on night one.

25. You'd think they would have learned after how many seasons of this.

26. Everyone needs to put their suits back on and sober up now.

27. I just wanna fix that one piece of hair, Jordan.

28. That's my boy; first impression rose.

29. Lol I see Jake Pavelka and all I think of is this:

30. Shoutout to the super fan for being the only one who knows who Jake is.

31. PSYCH way to give 25 guys a heart attack. Nicely done.

32. Not a fan of Chad, not a fan of Vinny, not a fan of Daniel.

33. Team Jordan. Team Jordan all the way.

And that's night one! I can't wait to keep up this season and see all of the drama, adventures, and love that comes JoJo's way.

28 Daily Thoughts of College Students

"I want to thank Google, Wikipedia, and whoever else invented copy and paste. Thank you."

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
