  1. You want me to be a sponsor…Okay …sure?
  2. I need to make sure I have two of everything, so if the students forgot something I have it ready.
  3. I get to go back to camp….I am pretty much a large child.
  4. I need to pack two nights before, so I know I have everything!
  5. It’s the night before...I haven’t packed yet!......I haven’t done my laundry yet!
  6. Wake up….the sun says hello! I know you don’t want to be up! But neither to I!
  7. It’s not love, it’s only a camp high, that relationship is only going to last two days after camp.
  8. No, I am not 15, and no I won’t go on an icee date with you.
  9. Why does it feel like the kids keep getting younger…….or am I just getting older?
  10. This speaker is great I hope the students are getting as much from him as I am.
  11. I love worshiping with 5,000 other people.
  12. No, you can’t go with me to reserve seats, that is my alone time, and I want to be alone!
  13. I love watching my students engaging in worship.
  14. Yes! Ask me more questions! No they are not stupid!
  15. Praise God he has brought some very awesome student in my life this week! I can’t wait to pour more into them!
  16. I hope these kids are learning as much from me as I am learning from them!
  17. It’s the last day of camp!
  18. Now we have to clean the whole cabin in under two hours, so we are back at the church at noon.
  19. All of the kids are asleep on the bus! It’s finally quite.
  20. Man! We are 30 minutes late. The parents aren’t going to be happy, but oh well.
  21. That was a great week! I can’t wait till next year!

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.
