Why Fall Is The Best Season

What's not to like about pumpkin spice everything and sweater weather?

It's almost the end of September and that means that fall is almost here! Fall has always been my favorite season because of the beauty that comes along with all the change that occurs during this time of the year. From the leaves changing colors to the sweaty summer days getting replaced with crisp air in the mornings, everything is so beautiful during this season. It even has another pretty name; Autumn. I don't know what it is, but there is something wonderful about taking a walk on a sunny fall day and hearing the crinkle of leaves underneath your feet. Here are a few of the reasons why I love fall.

1. The leaves start to change colors.

The leaves are beautiful and fall scenery is perfect for pictures.

2. Pumpkin spice lattes

I don't care what anyone says. Pumpkin spice lattes will always be my favorite fall drink.

3. And other warm drinks

4. Apple picking

Going to the orchard and picking my own apples is one of my favorite fall traditions.

5. Pumpkin picking/ carving

Another one of my favorite fall traditions that will never get old.

6. Halloween

Who doesn't love dressing up in costumes, watching Halloween movies and eating chocolate?

7. Cozy Sweaters

Fall means it's time for sweater weather, aka my favorite kind of weather.

8. Flannel

It's a classic fall staple.

9. Boots

The chilly fall weather is an excuse to buy new boots.

10. And scarves

11. The weather is perfect.

It's not too warm and it's not too cold and the crisp fall air is so refreshing.

12. The beginning of baking season.


Apple pies, pumpkin pies and cookies everywhere.

13. Lazy fall days

There's nothing better than a rainy fall day and cuddling up with your favorite book or watching your favorite movie or Netflix series.

14. Scented candles

I think one of my favorite parts about this season is the sweet fragrance of fall flavors everywhere I go such as pumpkin pie, apple cinnamon, autumn leaves and many more.

15. The beginning of fall brings us that much closer to the holiday season.
