This is for the girl who looks at the floor every time she glances in the mirror because the sight of her reflection makes her sick.

This is for the girl who refuses to eat or tries to exercise the calories away. This is for the girl who has to remind herself not to feel guilty for eating that midnight snack. This is for the girl who has 2 numbers stuck in her head- what she is and what she wants to be.

I decided not to write a full article this week because I was scared the point would be lost in the mumble jumble of words. My message is simple-- no matter your size, no matter your weight, no matter what people say, no matter what you see in the mirror, you are loved. You are beautiful. You are smart. Your future is bright.

You are more than a number.
