Comments You've Definitely Heard Before If You Have Red Hair

I have always had red hair. It is the hair I was born with and have grown to love. However, there are some pretty interesting things that happen to you or get said to you when you have red hair. Here are just a few:

"Is your hair color natural? If you could bottle that color and sell it, you'd make millions!"

"You're a redhead? Guess you don't have a soul then.."

"Your hair is gorgeous!"

"Wow finding a redhead is like finding a unicorn"

"I have a thing for redheads"

"Red hair is a sign from the devil."

"Omg did you know that your species is going extinct?"

"Hey gingie"

"How did you even get red hair? Neither one of your parents have it."

There are so many more things that I have heard in my life, but the main idea here is that while it's weird to get looked at like an alien life form because of the color of your hair, it's also kind of cool to be unique and different!

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
