Beauty exists in an endless number of ways, and most of these ways have little or nothing at all to do with your appearance. So if you're feeling a bit uneasy about yourself lately, remember that every aspect of you is radiant and beautiful beyond words. Look beyond the mirror and see how each of these things below contribute to your loveliness:

1. The sound of your laugh

2. Your passions

3. How you never stop chasing your dreams

4. The way your voice sounds when you’re happy or excited

5. How you comfort someone you care about

6. Being able to see the best in people

7. Being known among your friends as trustworthy and reliable

8. How you support your loved ones in all that they do

9. Your refusal to give up

10. Being optimistic even when times are tough


11. How your eyes reflect the sun or the starlight when you gaze at the sky

12. The way you blush when you receive a compliment

13. Treating yourself with kindness

15. Being patient as you continue to work on yourself
