Things only lab owners will understand...

I’ll love you for forever,

I’ll like you for always,

As long as I’m alive… my baby you’ll be!

Things only lab owners will understand...

Labs are strong, loving and adventurous dogs. I have had a Pitbull, Chihauhau, Dachshund, Beagle and a pug. I loved them all but when I got my Lab I fell in love. I learned how Labs are and so I created a list surely all Lab owners will understand.

They love water yet hate baths.

Giving my Lab a bath is a struggle. She's so sweet till bath time. Almost all Labs love water, even my Lab. She likes to go play in her water bowl and in the pool. Sounds like a bath would be easy right? Not the slightest bit.

Puppy stage is a nightmare.

You got to admit it, puppies are adorable and when a Lab grows up they are pretty. What no one shows you is the puppy stage. You'll be asking your Lab why it can't behave like a service dog. A Lab actually ended up in jail! I read it on a crazy facts list once! If you own a puppy Lab you can actually believe it.

Labs are smart. Sometimes they can act silly though.

What you heard is true... Labs are smart! Some Labs are even trained to smell cancer. Just like every other dog though, they have their moments. My Lab is still a puppy, and she's teething. When I let her outside one day she decided bricks look delicious... and started chewing on one. A little embarrassing but really funny. No it didn't hurt her. It may have dulled her teeth down a little but she's fine. She also thinks eating dirt and digging for crawfish is fun too.

Lab stands for loving, ambitious, best friend.

My Lab gets into everything, but at the end of the day I wouldn’t trade her for anything. She’s my best friend. Of course, she being a puppy, she’ll be in some mischief but I love her. When I’m sick she’s by my side. Everywhere I go she follows. I’ll love her forever, like her for always, as long as I’m alive my… baby you’ll be!

I thought senioritis in high school was rough until I became a college senior about to go into the real world. I'm supposed to have everything figured out, right? I mean I went through four years of tough classes and serious self-searching (and crying). What I found overall was Senioritis sneaking up on me.

It takes a little while to get used to not seeing your high school best friends every day. Going away to college causes a lot of changes, but one thing that will never change is my love for my high school BFFs, and the texts that I get from them. College is filled with many things, and we're so often lectured to make the right decisions as we head out on our own into the college life. But sometimes it's necessary to indulge in some guilty pleasures as well as just doing things because you can. And honestly, a lot of the time it's inevitable. College is no piece of cake that's for sure, so it's okay to do some things you deep down know you shouldn't....once in a while anyways.
