1. Put on a sweater
She's only telling you to put on a sweater because she's worried you're cold.
2. Take your vitamins
They're just going to give you what you need that your food doesn't provide, right?
3. Get plenty of sleep
According the the Harvard Business Review, sleep is when your body recharges. If you're not getting at least 7 hours of sleep, basically every aspect of your life is going to be negatively affected. During your sleep your body regulates hormones, stores memories, and you even do your growing IN YOUR SLEEP.
If you'd like to read more about it, here's the link:

4. Eat food that's good for you
If you don't know why it's important to eat at least some healthy foods, then you may want to check out a health class or something.
5. Do your homework
Your mom tells you to do your homework because she cares not only about your physical success but your mental and vocational success as well.
6. Be careful while driving
Last year alone over 38,000 people lost their lives in car accidents and 4.4 million others were injured. Your mom is just telling you to be careful so you have smaller chance of getting hurt or worse while driving (or riding in the car with another person).
7. Look both ways before crossing the street
According to the CDC, in 2013, 4,735 pedestrians were killed in traffic accidents and over 150,000 pedestrians were injured. Again, your mother just wants you to be careful so you can live a long, healthy life without being hurt by cars.

8. Go outside for a little while
There are SO MANY reasons to go outside, your health being most of them. Being outside does so much for your physical, mental, and emotional health. But there are too many benefits to list here, so I'll just direct you to the Appalachian Trail's official website, where they list some (super cool) health benefits of being outside, check it out:

Alright, so maybe I just assumed this and not all moms give this advice, but mine sure does. I'm just very glad she cares about my health.
Thanks, mom. You rock.
