24 Things That Help You Feel Happier In Life (Part 2)

Knowing how to improve yourself, try your best, and then you will see how much easier life can be.

Don't think that you are the most special person in the world.

The tragedy of youth lies in our desire to be different and we want people to see us as such. In fact, it is also a very ordinary and understandable need. However, do not fool yourself that you are the most special individual in the world, you are unique, and no one can replace it. I know that you might be unique, but just don't let that become a reason to lazy. In the end, we're just chasing the same values. Be wise!

Select a field, don't choose a job.

Instead of choosing a fixed job and soon realizing you don't like it, broaden your horizons, see what areas you want to work in. For example, if you like paintings, you don't have to be a painter. Instead, you can be a work critic, a seller or even a collector. Do not narrow down your choices.

Be a guide.

Do you know the fastest way to make yourself more advanced? It is to convey what you know and guide the people around you. If you feel you can be in the top position, bea guide. That will open up new horizons.

Don't waste time thinking about other people's thoughts.

You will not be able to live your whole life just to please everyone. Learn how to select the most valuable and relevant ideas to change instead of following one by one.

Exercise every day.

A clear mindand a cheerful, positive spirit will never reside in a bodythat is full ofdiscomfort and always in a state of fainting. Do you know what I mean? If you still don't care for your body, what else can you do?

Be thankful.

Showing gratitude and appreciation to people around you will help both you and others feel more comfortable and happier. So why be afraid, just two words "Thank you"!

Write a diary.

Recording your emotions will help you easily look back and realize where you were stuck. No need to write 3-4 pages long like a princess diary, you only need 5 minutes a day, about 4-5 lines! Searching Facebook all day, don't say that you don't have time!

Less complaining.

The truth: no one wants to hear you complain, people just hear it politely and don't want to disappoint you. Instead of chewing all day, it's better to find a way and solve the problem.

Take action.

Sitting and dreaming will not help you get anywhere. Only specific actions create true values. You really think that just having a dream in your head, the next morning everything will become a reality?

Don't start a relationship if you're not ready.

Engaging in an unrelated relationship, sooner or later, will cause you disappointment and sadness. Listen to what your heart wants, if you're not really ready, don't nod. The coercion of happiness brings only the hard and regretful days. Love is not a bunch of vegetables in the market that you can easily pick up!

Accept the challenge.

Let's turn the challenge into your advantage! Be creative, play to the dock!

Learn to rest before exhaustion.

Working hard is good, but don't let yourself be exhausted and then weekends, instead of going out, you spend your time in a hospital. No matter how much you love your job and want to contribute, don't forget to rest in time.

Give away without expecting to receive it back.

Recognizing this is hard to do. But once done, you will feel very relieved. Life is not a loan – pay statement. Sometimes giving away without expecting anything will give you unexpected joys.

Don't try to find answers to all questions.

Enjoy your journey, even though it may be trickier and more unexpected than you think. Don't think too much about finding answers. Actually, in this world, not everything can be clearly black and white.

Don't blame others and don't blame yourself.

The blame, even if it is directed towards everyone, shows a powerlessness and does not bring anything. In this case there are 2 ways to deal with it: 1 is to find a way to fix and solve the problem, 2 is to forget about it and switch to another problem. You have more to do than to hang around with a jumble that you can't escape!

We grow up and realize that life is not easy. The pressures, daily worries, then the failures, frustrations and expectations of other people weighed heavily on our shoulders. But to know how to improve yourself, try your best, and then you will see how much easier life can be.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads.
