Time flies when you're spending it with some people as great as I did

We made it!!!

At times it felt like senior year would never come. As a freshman, four years sounded like four years too long! However, we are here now with only a few days left of senior year, and the bittersweet feelings towards graduation are setting in.

I hope you all succeed in whatever you do after graduation, I will miss each and every one of you.

Of course, we expect to miss our close friends that are going to different colleges than we are, but I will miss them along with so many more. Every classmate of mine has become so very special to me in a way I can not even explain, and my heart breaks to think these next few days could be some of our last ever together. I wish each of you the very best of luck wherever life takes you after graduation. Don't be afraid to make mistakes or to make new friends — don't be afraid of change. Be brave, confident, and most of all be yourself because you have all worked so hard to get here, and you deserve to be successful.

Thank you.

Thank you, Class of 2017, for every laugh, smile, tear, and memory you have shared with me. Thank you for sharing such a precious time of your life with me. Thank you all for being my friends, and never letting me forget how many friends a person can have. I promise to make these last few days we have together the best they can possibly be because that is what we all deserve. We will leave our legacy on this school as a class to be remembered for its friendship. To the class of 2017, thank you.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
