The happy hormones are serotonin, prolactin and oxytocin. It also lowers the stress hormone called cortisol.

Dogs love people of all ages! It really depends on the dog, but one thing every dog has in common is loving people. Most therapy dogs are trained with people of all ages, ranging from child to elderly!
