The clouds watch your progress
The change in your growth, recorded by the trees around you
To be outside
And expose yourself to the world
Is one of the greatest gifts you could give our mother sun
Go out and see what she has prepared for us
Let her warmth kiss the apples of your cheeks
Slight coolness brush your lips and rustles your eyelashes
Tickling your spine is the breeze of every morning
Exploring the places no one else touches
Memories of grass between your toes
Dew drops like drops of wishes you have been counting your whole life
Time would hate to be wed to someone as slow as I
I take moments
Freeze them all my own
And I have found that the world around us does the same
Pickle yourself in the vinegar of sunshine and the positivity of breezy summer days
One day the clouds will look at you and shed tears
And mother will say “My, how you’ve blossomed.”
