Introvert: focus inward, into their own thoughts.
I just took the Myers-Briggs personality test for the fifth time, and not to my surprise I had the same results as before, INFP. Here are five quotes that describe what it's like being an introvert.
1. We get to know ourselves pretty well.
We spend most of our free time in our own minds, so it's only natural that we get to know ourselves.
2. Being an Introvert does not mean we are shy.
In fact, some Introverts are completely fine with starting the conversation. It really just depends on the group of people, environment, and mood we're in to take initiative and start the conversation or just sit back and listen.
3. Social Hangovers are a real thing.
The main quality of an Introvert is needing alone time to recharge. If we hang out with a group of people for a few hours then we will need at least a day to recover. If we're spending a weekend with a group of people, that requires at least three days to recover.
4. Even though we like to live in our minds, we still care about external issues.
Yes, we live in our minds, but we can also care deeply about others.
5. Introverts are very deep thinkers.
After reading this, we will probably silently contemplate the depth of this quote.
