The world that is looking away

Over the past week the apart of the world was struck with tragedy, heartbreak, and violence. But the world looked away. Aleppo, Syria has been the location for many recent tragedies and the site of a heart breaking war that has been gong on for what seems like years. Innocent lives are lost each and every single day and it is getting worse and worse everyday. Over this recent week one of the last remaining hospitals holding many newborns, mothers, families, and medical personal was hit. Innocent men, women, and children seem to be the target for a war they want no part in, and the world is turning their heads from what might be one of the most tragic events happening in the world today.

Humanity is under attack and everyone is sitting back and not doing anything about it. Instead of flooding our twitter feed with the many heart breaking pictures and videos that have been making their way out of Syria, we are unfortunately turning our attention to more “important” things such as what ridiculous tweet Trump sent out that day. The conflicts that are overtaking Syria seem to be lasts things on everyones mind. The world is letting their Humanity slip away, and it is getting worse and worse everyday.
