Halloween is over, that means it's time for Thanksgiving. Everyone is excited for Thanksgiving... but NO ONE is as excited as college students.

  1. The leaves have fallen and the temperature finally feels like fall.
  2. Midterms are over which means not as much stress.
  3. … but then you realize final projects and term papers are around the corner.
  4. It’s been a while since you’ve seen your friends from home and are starting to miss them more than you want to admit.
  5. You’re sick of dining hall food and are looking forward to stuffing your face at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
  6. You can’t wait.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
