The Top 8 Stages Of Road Rage

I personally do not find myself to be a bad driver. Yeah, I might drive a little fast sometimes but who doesn't? I have most definitely seen a lot worse off drivers than myself so, is it really that bad? I don't feel like I am such a bad driver as much as I am an angry/ possibly to the point of aggressive driver..? My best friend and I are just about the same person so it is not to my surprise that we share the same driving habits. Ours moms are always telling us to calm down when we start yelling about other drivers. It is not that we are angry, we are only expressing how we feel about the other stupid drivers on the road. Everyone has always been to that point when you just can not handle the idiots on the road, here are the top 10 stages of road rage.

Stage 1: Just minding your own business driving around.

It is just a normal day and you are driving around minding your own business then, from out of the corner of your eye you just barely see an idiot cut in and out of traffic.

Stage 2: Whispering to yourself how much you hate when people weave in and out of traffic.

I get changing different lanes every once in awhile but is it really necessary to be weaving in and out of rush hour traffic? We are all trying to get somewhere and cutting someone off and making them slam on their breaks which makes everyone else slam on their breaks which creates even more traffic.

Stage 3: Expressing calmly to the passengers in the vehicle of the dumb ass behind you.

At first, everyone is always like "Oh, just don't even bother with those idiots." or "Just calm down." That only makes my road rage grow stronger, to be honest.

Stage 4: The angry traffic weaver starts to approach you to get by, hell no that is not happening...

You see him coming up behind you like a speed demon, I personally like to slow down until the person tries to pass me in the other lane and they get trapped behind the person in the lane next to you then when you speed up and they get behind you again, just keep tapping on the breaks.

Stage 5: I have no officially pissed off the guy behind me, I guess this is war...

I like to push my limit with people on the road sometimes, especially when you end up trying to race them to the end of the merge lane and you both get stuck at the red light... This is usually the time that people piss me off the most.

Stage 6: This is the end of the line, I will kick your ass in this race.

This is usually the moment when the passengers in the car start to fear for their life, I never like to lose a race when I am this close.

Stage 7: This is the part where I always forget that I only drive a four cylinder...

Usually, by the time that I remind myself of this, it is always too late...

Stage 8: My car pulls through for me!

I finally kicked this guys ass!

I'm sure, like me, many of you received lots of gift cards over the holidays. After working retail seasonally, here are a few tips that I learned in order to make the employees at your favorite store just a little happier and not want to charge you extra on your purchase for being awful. Here are some times when you should be nicer to retail workers than you actually are!

5 Untold Struggles Of The Short Friend

I'm the Short Friend. I've been the Short Friend since about the seventh grade. I'm the one who stands in the front of the photos, gets made fun of for their height, and still shops in the kids department.

This article is not for the Almost Short Friends, i.e. the 5'3" and 5'4" Friends. No no, this is for the Actually Short Friends, i.e. the Barely Scraping 5'1" and shorter Short Friends.

11 Things All Call Center Workers Can Empathize With Better Than Anyone
Youtube

This semester I started my journey as a member of my University's Alumni Outreach Team. This means a lot of things, but primarily it means that I get to make phone calls to parents and alumni two nights a week to update contact information, collect things like business cards and volunteer hours, and even ask for money.
