I love tea, and I'm sure you do as well and that's because, as many know, tea is amazing. It not only tastes great but it also has fabulous, healthy benefits. Though, not many people know of its benefits or the fact that it can actually help your body from within.Tea can be used when you're feeling stressed, bloated, or nauseous, when you have a slow metabolism, sleepless nights and even a common cold. Tea can even help you lose weight.

Once again, tea is amazing. What's not to love?

Here's a list of the benefits you might not be aware of from some of the teas you might drink.

1. Green Tea

This is one of my favorites and it does a lot of this! You can drink this tea if you want to lose weight. It helps by making your metabolism faster, which accelerates the breaking down of your food, thus allowing you to lose weight faster. Green tea helps you stay awake, so if you hate coffee but still drink it to stay awake, switch over to green tea. It helps with skincare, as well: reduces wrinkles and signs of aging. Also, this tea can lower the risk of breast, prostate and colorectal cancer.

2. Chamomile Tea

First and foremost, if you have trouble falling asleep, try drinking this tea before bedtime. Chamomile tea helps sleepless nights by relaxing you. Just like green tea, chamomile tea helps with skincare. It can help clear up acne, skin irritation and allergies and eczema. Have a stomach ache? Drink Chamomile. Feel a cold coming to ruin your life? Drink Chamomile. If you suffer from muscle spasms? Drink this tea.

3. Lemon Balm Tea

Now this is probably one of the most important teas for high school and college students. If you feel stress rising because you see that deadlines, finals and just about anything that causes stress is approaching, then this tea is the perfect for you. This tea helps relax your mind to the point where it makes you more alert and makes your mood better. You can also drink this tea if you're having trouble sleeping like with Chamomile. This help also helps your liver and it's a great antioxidant.

4. Elderflower Tea

Like Chamomile, this tea helps with common colds since it contains Vitamin C. This tea, since it contains a flavonoid called quercetin, also has contents of antioxidants, thus it helps fight any kind of flu you may have.

This tea is also known as a great detoxification aid. As a result, it helps your liver function better. Elderflower tea can also help allergies and even any asthma issues you may be experiencing.

5. Black Tea

Like Lemon Balm Tea, this tea helps reduce stress and it also helps reduce your blood pressure, high cholesterol and kidney stones. Since it has contents of an antioxidant called polyphenol, it helps freshens your breath by eliminating the bacteria that grows in your mouth. Black tea also helps prevent diabetes and ovarian cancer in women.

6. Ginger Tea

Have you ever been in a car, airplane, boat or train for so long that you end up feeling nauseous? Or you just feel nauseous for no reason? Yeah, well this tea helps with that. This is also a very well known anti-inflammatory tea. It can help relieve migraines and sore muscles due to its calming properties. Ginger tea can also help if you're suffering from menstrual cramps because it helps relax your muscles.

7. Peppermint Tea

Ever have those days when you eat a little to much and then feel bloated? Well, this tea helps with that. If you're also suffering from constipation, this is the tea to drink. This tea also aids in weight loss as it does help your digestion. You can also drink this tea if you're looking for a natural way to help reduce pain or if you need sinus relief. Since it contains menthol, it works as a natural decongestant. This tea is also great if you want to be able to concentrate more.

In case you're unaware, "resting bitch face" is the term used to describe when a person's natural, expressionless face makes it look like they are mad at the world. Whether they are walking down the street or simply spacing out thinking about what to eat for dinner, it's very easy for others to assume that this person is either upset or mad at them. Because of this, those of us with Resting Bitch Face (RBF), and especially us women, have all experienced many of the same situations and conversations, including:

We've all had a crush before. Whether it leads to something or nothing, the process has all been the same. The awkward feelings, the stalking, and the stress of trying to keep this huge secret. The feeling of becoming a total spazz is something that cannot be avoided, and the most spazzy family that can relate to this feeling is the Belcher's.

At the tender age of 18, we are bestowed with the title of “adult.” For 17 years, we live under the rules and guidelines of our parents, school, and government, and to stray from any of those rules or guidelines marks us as a rebel. At 18, though, we must choose which college we want to go to or what career we want. We are allowed and encouraged to vote. We can buy lottery tickets and cigarettes. We can drop out of school, leave our household, and do other "adult" things. At 18, we start down a path of thinking for ourselves, when for the entirety of our lives other institutions have been mandated to think and do for us.

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.
