First, thank you for raising me to have faith.
No one can force you to believe in God, but throughout the years you have helped me choose to believe in Him. I chose to believe not only because of how you raised me but also because I have witnessed his power and love in my life. I will forever be grateful that you helped me find God. You have always taught me to keep my faith in him no matter what. I know I will make it through the trails of life because I have him to guide me every step of the way.
Thank you for always believing in me.
You have always told me I can do anything I put my mind to, and I have lived by that every day. I know I may have to work hard in order to achieve my goals, but I know it is possible to do that because of you. Also, thank you for always helping me to believe in myself and for believing I can achieve great things in life.
Thank you for not giving up on me.
I know I have upset you and made you mad more times than I know about, but still through it all you haven’t given up on me. You have always been there for me no matter what the situation was, and you deserve a HUGE thank you for that.
Thank you for raising me to be independent.
You have always taught me to never depend on anyone for anything, which helped me to be who I am today. I may have to work hard in order to get the things I want but it is better than having someone be able to tell me “you wouldn’t have that if it wasn’t for me.” Thank you for raising me to have the ambition to do great things on my own and become successful without depending on anyone but myself.
Thank you for being an amazing mom.
You are always there for me no matter the time of day. I know if I need you that you will be there in a heartbeat. You always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and I don’t thank you enough for that. This is my way of making sure you know how much you are appreciated. You are an awesome woman and an even better mother. When the time comes for me, I hope I can be at least half as good of a mom as you are to me. Last but not least, thank you for raising me to be the woman I am today, after all I wouldn’t be where I am in life without your love and guidance through the years. I know I don’t say it as much as I should but thank you so much for all of these things, I love you mom!
