If you were a child and didn't watch cartoons, you either didn't have cable, or were living in the Soviet Union. I was a cartoon fanatic as a kid and I watched them religiously. These are my personal top 10 favorite cartoons.

10. "Looney Tunes."

If you ever watched Bugs Bunny, you know what I'm talking about. Daffy Duck and Bugs going back and forth, especially with Elmer Fudd, had me rolling.

9. "Tom and Jerry."

Another cartoon made far beyond my time, but was still on every day at 1 p.m. Which means I was sometimes able to watch the legendary cat and mouse duo. These two beat the hell out of each other and were fine by the next episode. Every time.

8. "Johnny Bravo."

Johnny Bravo was the ultimate TV ladies man, followed closely by Drake Parker (Drake and Josh).

7. "Scooby-Doo."

Whether it was "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo," his adventures with Scrappy-Doo, or just the original "Scooby-Doo" episodes, this monster-hunting canine often had me talking like him and eating my dog's food. Thanks, Shaggy.

6. "Pokemon."

Pikachu and Charizard whooped ass but somehow Ash lost almost every match at least once.

5. "Powderpuff Girls."

For all the ladies reading this: Not gonna lie, It was a pretty good show. Everyone was jealous of the little girls who could fly, and the character "Him" is still the scariest thing I've seen on a children's cartoon. He still creeps me out.

4. "Fairly Oddparents."

Cosmo and Timmy teaming up and doing some of the stupidest things possible while Wanda complained and saved the day. Basically the summary of the entire show, regardless the episode. Cosmo turning Wanda into a Dodo as they were falling over a waterfall was also hysterical. *Crocker voice* FAIRIES!

3. "Jimmy Neutron."

I would've been Jimmy's best friend. He went to college in the third grade and went to outer space to fight a giant chicken. Best day ever.

2. "Ed, Edd, n Eddy."

These guys had a scam every day and it always backfired. I related to this show a lot because I lived in a cul-de-sac and something crazy was always going down. It was possibly the stupidest show on television but so funny at the same time. Best character: Rolf.

1. "Spongebob Squarepants."

The ultimate best cartoon made in the 90's and the most influential on our generation. Everyone watched Spongebob. Everyone can quote at least one Spongebob line. My personal favorite episode: The Camping Episode. Make sure to draw your anti-sea bear circles in the dirt when you go camping.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Yes, it IS a sport. Yes, I fall all the time. No, I do not ride in jeans with a cowgirl hat on.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
