Tea, like coffee plays a major role in an average person's daily life. Between drinking it every morning, using tea in baths, and several other methods tea really is important.While growing up, tea was constantly used in many shapes and forms in the house. Allegedly speaking, depending on the tea you drink, they each have their own method of benefits to help aid you. Below we will speak of these methods, and the effects of drinking these teas.
1).Drinking Tea has a lot of health Benefits:
Tea helps reduce stress, risks of a heart attacks, and even has less caffeine then coffee. Also, Herbal blends don't have caffeine in it,
Green Tea helps with shedding weight off. It's actually one of the best ways to aid you in losing pounds off your body.Green tea may prevent bone loss, and helps strengthen your bones. Green tea helps aid in memorization, and the brain.Lastly It's healthy, and doesn't taste bad either.
Mint tea can help reduce pain, eliminate inflammation, relax the body and mind, cure bad breath, it like green tea helps in weight loss and boosts the immune system.
Many sources say that tea helps battle cancer, there's no definite proof yet. But, if it really does help battle cancer, then hopefully they'll keep some tea at all times at all the hospitals.
Tea can help the body with radiation, helps radiate and hydrate the body as well.

Believe it or not, many bathe in tea. How they do so is they take a bunch of tea bags and fill up the bath tub, and once they're done they even drink it! No, I really don't suggest drinking your dirty bath water, but I guess if you're that desperate go ham. It's theorized that tea helps as a stimulus for your body, and the body becomes softer suddenly after washing in it.3).Tea isn't just great for your body, but your hair as well:
It's known that if you wash your hair with tea, it not only gives you a fresh tea scent but, it also helps with hair growth and shine. Now, if that doesn't give you a good enough reason to start using tea in your everyday routine, I don't know what will.
There are so many benefits to tea, if it's not helping in cancer some shape or form, it's your body and or hair. I highly recommend you drink Lipton, it's my favorite. They're several flavors, and it's pretty natural. Now, do yourself some favors and go drink, bath, wash, and whatever form of tea you want next, you won't regret it that's for sure.
