3. Trying to maintain a well-balanced diet in the dining hall.

4. When you went downtown the night before, and you go to a class where your professorknows your name and wants you to fully participate in class.

5. When you finally meet your Big / Little.

6. When BDH has its Thanksgiving dinner.

7. When your professor cancels class.

8. Trying to balance class, assignments and Cornhuskin' week.

9. When you’re on the elevator praying that Molly doesn’t take you down to the basement.

10. When finals week comes around and you have to be cautious of the people who haven’t had any sleep.

11. The grounds crew when you walk across the grass.

12. When your Big / Little has to cancel your plans for the night.

13. When you break the Honor Code and have to go to Honor Court.

14. When there are puppies in the Cate Center during finals week.

15. When someone brings their boyfriend on campus and everyone stares them down because well...it's a boy.

16. When you know everyone on campus and you can't go anywhere without talking to someone.

17. When you see fraternity boys running around campus in their underwear and you think you should probably call security, but in reality, you just want to watch and laugh.

18. When you don't remember the words to the Alma Mater.

19. When people say that they can’t believe that you go to an all-women’s college and make assumptions about your lifestyle.

20. When people tell you are just going to an all-women's college to get a MRS. degree.

21. When you know there’s no place you’d rather be.

Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.
