Being a vegetarian or vegan is hard enough already. But does Sodexo do enough to make it easier on those of us who don't eat the buffalo chicken salad?
There are a lot of things wrong with the vegan/vegetarian menu, but these are just a few key roadblocks.
1. The overall lack of variety
How many ways can one stuff a pepper?
2. The lack of vegetarian specials at the sandwich bar3. Limited selection on weekends
Pasta again?
4. People saying “Just make a salad!”
But why??? How many times can I eat lettuce for lunch and dinner before my body suffers the consequences?
5. Breakfast sandwiches
Even when they are served without meat, they still smell and taste like bacon.
