The QuikTrip Experience

It's better than Disney World.

You open the doors looking for a snack and a little dose of happiness and what you get is so much better than that. Welcomed in with a warm smile and a greeting from all of the employees inside. You take a look around and it's breathtaking. So many choices that it's almost overwhelming.

You start at the fountain drink station and grab a 32 oz styrofoam cup and gaze upon the possibilities. Crushed or cubed. Tea or soda. Smoothie or slushie. Coffee or hot chocolate.

After you make your choice you decide you want a snack. And that's where the real fun begins. You head to QT Kitchens with a number of sandwiches, kolaches, pizzas, pretzels, and flatbreads. Then there's the roller grill with a variety of delicious taquitos, egg rolls, and hot dogs.

If you're still looking for something to snack on, they have an endless variety of salty chips and sweet candy.

Then comes the best part, checking out. The people of QuikTrip are so nice it has to be a requirement for them to work there, I'm sure.

Oh yeah, you can also get gas there.

Most people look at QuikTrip and see a gas station, but when I look at it, I see a beautiful red and brick castle of wonderfulness. I would rather get a slice of pizza and a 32 oz Dr. Pepper then eat anywhere else.
