The Power Of Arts

Earth without art is just "eh."

The power and inspiration of art and music is somewhat taken for granted now a days. I personally have never been musically talented or been able to draw but to I am able to grasp their meaning is a true gift. I have a true respect of those that can channel their creativity into art.

A world without arts would be an extremely dull and dark place. People don't realize how therapeutic music and art can be. There is potentially a song or a piece of art work for every mood or feeling.

I know I can speak for almost everyone when I say music has positively impacted my life. Even though I'm the most tone-deaf person there is, music plays a huge roll in my life. Music opens so many creative doors and is an inspiration in some ways. Music is so much more than just a song or an album, it's taking the time to hear what the actual lyrics are saying or feeling like you know the band.

I know third graders that can draw better than I can, even after taking a year long drawing class. Not being able to draw to save my life almost gives me a greater respect and love for art. Art is the outlet to free your entire mind and let your creativity sore free. Being able to put a specific image from your head to paper is honestly beyond impressive.

Arts are what you make out of them and what you make could actually have an entirely different meaning than the artist intended but that is one of the beauties about them is that you can make whatever you want out of something already made. Arts are one of the most therapeutical, peaceful, mind opening things in my life. Arts allow everyone to see the true beauty of creativity.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
