Sometimes, the problem with working out is that there are so many better things to do, like watch TV. So, why not do both while watching 'The Office?'
Here's a great workout based on one of my favorite shows:
When Jim Looks at the Camera --- 20 squats
When Dwight says "fact" or "question" --- 10 pushups
Angela gets upset --- 20 lunges (10 each side)
Kevin eats food --- 15 crunches
Michael offends someone --- 20 bicycles
When Michael says "that's what she said" --- 30 sec plank
When someone answers their phone --- 10 jumping jacks
Those "Creed moments" --- 20 high knees
Andy sings or talks about Cornell --- 5 burpees
Phyllis is awkward --- 20 side lunges (10 each side)
Kelly says "Oh my God!" --- 30 sec squat hold
