The world must be coming to an end. Right? A reality star turned into a massively wealthy mobile game inventor. Well it turns out the world isn't ending, but instead Kim Kardashian West, creator of the mobile app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, reached a new peak of achievement: covering Forbes Magazine's July issue. Forbes deeming her as a "mobile mogul" has opened the eyes of many of her naysayers as she has redefined the meaning of the modern day businesswoman.

The game is available on the Android and Apple App Store, and is an interactive game that allows you to rise to the top as an A-list celebrity, something Kim Kardashian West knows all about. Whether it be partying, photoshoots, or creating power couples, you as the player dictate all the choices and allows yourself to either crumble under the pressure or become one of Hollywood's famous celebrities and get to hang with the Kardashians.

Forbes has estimated that "since its June 2014 launch, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood has been downloaded 45 million times and generated $160 million in revenue. Forbes estimates that Kardashian has pocketed $45 million from it over that period." And besides the mobile game itself, the reality star turned mogul has also launched two other apps as well. One that has her own emojis, and the other that takes a look into her life. Even more behind the scenes than "Keeping up with the Kardashians." Both require payment. Going beyond the simple App Store, Kim Kardashian West has cemented herself as a modern business woman. Read more.

Being entrepreneurial and allowing herself to take risks is one of the few characteristics she maintains to retain this new mold. Anyone in business has to know their market, and Mrs. Kardashian West knows her market. Virtually known for always being on her phone (just look at how many selfies she posts on her Instagram) and knowing how to climb the social hierarchy in Hollywood, she created a game that shows exactly that. Even going beyond the mobile game, to prove that she knows and understands her market she chooses to appeal to the amount of people who like seeing her face so much. AKA creating selfie book that show a chronological order of major events in her life.

To celebrate the announcement of the cover, the mobile mogul tweeted: #NotBadForAGirlWithNoTalent. With her new achievement as being the face of Forbes July issue, and the millions dollars she made from her mobile apps, her talent might prove to be being a tech savvy businesswoman.

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
