Let's face it, they are totally worth watching.

The Men That Make The Vampire Diaries Worth Watching

For those of you who don't know, The Vampire Diaries is the absolute best show in existence. That being said, the cast should be equally as great. And yes Elena is gorgeous, everyone knows that. Let's just focus on the men of the show for a change. Here are just some of the male actors that make the show worth every minute.

1. Damon Salvatore

Being on team Delena, Damon is my personal favorite out of the Salvatore brothers. Yes, he may be obnoxious, but it totally works for him.

2. Stefan Salvatore

"Not the best, but still great" best describes Stefan. He may be adorable but he's not the bad boy that Elena really wants.

3. Alaric Saltzman

We cannot forget about Alaric, especially after how generous he always is!

4. Tyler Lockwood

Tyler is perfect, that's pretty much all.

5. Jeremy Gilbert

Poor Jeremy has been through so much, but he's grown up into a great man.

6. Matt Donovan

Matt, this guy has been hurt in every way possible, but he's still always there for his friends.

7. Niklaus Mikaelson

So I'm pretty sure that Niklaus is terrible, but he has his moments where he could potentially be an okay guy.

8. Elijah Mikaelson

Elijah is slightly terrifying and difficult to figure out, but he's alright.

9. Kai Parker

Okay, so I know that Kai was awful, but I do have some sympathy for the guy.

10. Enzo St. John

Enzo was also pretty terrible at first, but I think he has great potential to not be as horrible as he has been.

11. Mason Lockwood

Ah yes, the other Lockwood boy. Mason sure was a surprise but I'm not complaining at all.

Those are just some of the men that make the show so much better than it would've originally been without them. If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend binge-watching it on Netflix right now!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.
