The last month of college for any student is extremely stressful and has a way of being completely overwhelming. This is what it looks like, step by step. Good luck to everyone!

1.Everything piles up at the speed of light

Papers, exams, final projects, final exams, and literally everything else comes flying at you so fast you don’t have time to blink. It feels like your professors might be trying to kill you.

2. You never get enough sleep

Thanks to all that homework, you’re up to the early hours of the morning trying to get everything completed. By the end of it, you’re lucky if you get a full six hours a night.

3.Registration for next year begins to roll around

You almost can’t believe it. It’s hard enough focusing on this year, without having to worry about next year’s classes. Sitting down with your advisor can seem scary, especially if you have no idea what classes you want to take next semester.

4. You’re probably going to forget an assignment or two

And you know what? It’s okay. Many professors will accept late work for a deducted grade. But even if they don’t, a missing homework assignment won’t tank your grade. Missing multiple assignments, on the other hand...

5. There’s a chance you’ll see another student have a mental breakdown

It happens. Comfort the person if they need it, but otherwise just pretend it never happened.

6.It becomes impossible to get a good seat in the library

The closer to finals it gets, the more crowded the library gets and you have to wonder if you’ll ever get a good desk with a computer that actually works.

7.Distraction is everywhere

People walking by. That dog outside. The noise produced by various people, places, and things. Not to mention social media. It seems impossible to get a moment of calm.

8.Coffee becomes your best friend

Truthfully, it’s the only thing that has the power to pull you out of bed in the mornings and power you through the day. Because it's definitely not your motivation to go to class that is doing the trick.

9. With so much work to do, procrastination sometimes becomes inevitable

You want everything to be perfect and there’s physically not enough time for everything, so the less important things might get pushed back. Or maybe you’re just too stressed to look at another online assignment that’s also due at midnight.

10. But the good news is you can see the light at the end of the tunnel

Through all the hecticness, you know the end of the school year is near and you can practically hear all the students cheer.
