Growing up Jewish, I always noticed the lack of Hanukkah related TV programming. There was no representation of people just like me on TV. Just because there wasn't a lot of Jewish characters on TV doesn't mean there aren't a lot of Jewish celebrities. In fact, there certainly are some gorgeous NJB (nice Jewish boys) out there in Hollywood.
Note: the order in which these NJBs are presented is alphabetical so the ranking is totally up to your interpretation. And there were also way too many to choose from.
1. Skylar Astin
Where you know him from: Astin starred in "Pitch Perfect" and "Pitch Perfect 2."
Fun fact: He is dating his "Pitch Perfect" costar Anna Camp.
2. Justin Bartha
Where you know him from: You know Bartha "The Hangover" trilogy and "National Treasure."
Fun fact: He once dated Ashley Olsen.
3. Adam Brody
Where you know him from: "The O.C.," duh.
Fun fact: He dated his O.C. costar and fellow member of the tribe Rachel Bilson.
4. Drake
Where you know him from: "Degrassi" fans will recognize from their preteen years and others will know him because he's an amazing rapper.
Fun fact: His real name is Aubrey.
5. Zac Efron
Where you know him from: Zac starred "High School Musical," "HSM 2," "HSM 3," and "Neighbors."
Fun fact: He's No. 4.5 on the list because he was raised agnostic, but he comes from a Jewish family. Other fun fact, he's really hot.
6. Dave Franco
Where you know him from: He's James's younger brother and arguably the hotter one. He was also in "Neighbors with Zac Efron" and "21 Jump Street."
Fun fact: He's married to actress Alison Brie.
7. Bryan Greenberg
Where you know him from: Diehard "One Tree Hill" fans know him as single dad Jake and he was also in "Bride Wars" as Kate Hudson's brother.
Fun fact: He also is a successful singer with multiple albums and his dog is adorable (seriously, go google Ewok Greenberg).
8. Jake Gyllenhaal
Where you know him from: If you're younger than 20, you know him as one of Taylor Swift's multiple exes. He was also in "Love & Other Drugs," "Donnie Darko,, and "Brokeback Mountain."
Fun fact: His goddaughter is Matilda Ledge, daughter of his Brokeback lover, Heath Ledger (RIP), and his former girlfriend Michelle Williams.
9. Adam Levine
Where you know him: He's the lead singer and only member of Maroon 5 whose name you actually know.
Fun fact: He seemingly only dates (and marries) Victoria's Secret models.
10. Josh Radnor and Jason Segel
Where you know them: They starred for nine years together on "How I Met Your Mother," so I had to place them together on the list.
Fun fact: Radnor was the class president of his high school and Segel wrote "The Muppets" and "The Five-Year Engagement".
11. Paul Rudd
Where you know him from: Rudd played Josh in "Clueless," Phoebe's husband Crap Bag Mike in "Friends," "This Is 40," "Anchorman," and a slew of other films.
Fun fact: Before making it as an actor, he was a Bar Mitzvah DJ.
12. Andy Samberg
Where you know him: Samberg spend years on SNL and makes up one-third of Lonely Island.
Fun fact: If you're having a bad day, just go watch "Dick In A Box." (I know this isn't a fact, but it will bring a smile to your face.)
