1. Thank you for looking up to me.

Being a role model for someone is one of the greatest blessings I could ever ask for. Everyday you inspire me to be the best I can be, not only for myself, but to be someone that you can look up to.

2. Thank you for keeping me young.

Never in my life did I picture myself spending a Friday night making slime at my kitchen table, but man, that stuff is fun to make! Thank you for bringing me back to my middle school days every time we hang out and never failing to put a smile on my face.

3. Thank you for being honest with me.

No matter what, I can always count on you to be honest with me. Whether it's while out shopping and trying to decide on a shirt, or even just while talking about life, I can always count on you to tell me the truth...even if it's what I don't want to hear! ;)

4. Thank you for letting me vent to you.

Even though we are years apart, there has not been one time where you weren't there to listen to my vent sessions about school, boys, friends, and literally everything! Even during the stories where you can't relate to me at all, you are always there to listen and I can not thank you enough for that.

5. Thank you for knowing me so well.

I love how we can just look at each other and know what the other person is thinking. Thanks for knowing everything about me and always knowing how to cheer me up!

6. Thank you for being by my side through it all.

Through all the good times, and the bad- you have seen me through it all and always manage to put a smile on my face no matter what may be going on in our lives. Thanks for always being there for me.

7. Thank you for always making me laugh.

Whether it is about bringing up embarrassing memories from your childhood, or even just looking at each other and thinking about an inside joke, you never fail to make me laugh.

8. Thank you for giving the best hugs.

Sometimes, you just need a hug, and you are always there for me when I need one. Nothing is better than a sister hug.

9. Thank you for taking bomb pictures with me.

Whether it is a cute photo for our Instagram, or a funny snapchat with a crazy filter on it, I never fail to get a cute photo with you by my side. Also, thank you for not getting mad at me when I want to take a million pictures to get one I like. ;

10. Thank you for being you.

Sisters are the best friends ever...thank you for being you!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
