Hey there.
You have a lot of expectations set for you. Since you were little, you were one of his favorite things. He loved watching you act out your favorite movies and trying to sing along to your favorite Disney songs. He made sure to document even the silliest of moments that you went through. The videos of you dancing to Elmo movies are still some of the funniest things ever. As you have gotten older, not a lot of that has changed. He made sure to attend every one of your school events so that he could prove to you how much you meant to him. He makes sure that you have everything that you need, even if it means that he has to go without something. He has always believed that you were going to take on the world in high spirits and that you could do the impossible. He believes that you are the most important and beautiful thing in the world and there is nothing that you can do to destroy that image of you for him.
He believes that you can conquer any and everything that comes your way. He has always been rooting for you. He thinks that you are a strong and fearless individual. He believes in you when no one else does, including yourself. You may have flaws and regrets, but no matter what you do he always looks past these things and strives to find the amazing features that your personality holds.
I want to be that girl. I want to be the girl that he sees is stronger than anything thrown her way. I want to be able to conquer every battle that I am thrown in. I want to be strong even when I feel weak. I want to be able to dive fearlessly into all situations and come back with the same confidence that he sees in you. I want to be able to look into the mirror and always see the beautiful curly haired girl that he fell in love with. I want to be able to believe in myself the way that he believes in you. I want to be able to look past all of my flaws and see the person he does. When I am at my weakest points, I want to be the strong person that he has always envisioned me as. Above all of this, all I want is to make him proud of me.
