For some people, the mind is calculated by the number of problems it solves. For others, it might be used to see how large its capacity can captivate to examine the storage of their brains. But, few and far in between discover the beauty in originality. Some of us are gifted with the ability to feel deeply, and not just feel, but connect and relate to the point where we honestly care and become attached. The danger in having a beautiful mind is trying to decide on whom we are to share it with, and who has the capability to withstand it.
Before we can even begin to open our hearts to someone, we must let our sweet Author of life gleam over them. You don't miss a thing because you see everything. You see how pure our hearts are, how bright we shine regardless of the stigma that gets crumbled onto us, every single day. There is absolutely nowhere we can run or hide because you always have your eyes set on us. You reset us and send us sweet reminders through your grace. It is only with your timing and guidance, that we will ever be able to bring ourselves to the point of allowing someone the availability to love us in the ways in which you do.
I remember one day at work when I was picking up the full trash bags and tying them and taking them out of the dumpster. Whenever I got back, I opened up a package of white, Febreze-scented trash bags and began to replenish the stations that I had already dumped. God whispered a gentle reminder in my ear, that regardless of the garbage that tries to overflow our life, all we have to do is close that door and dump it. When we replace the baggage with a clean slate, it's refreshing. There is nothing in life that is too dirty that our Sweet Jesus can't make clean, friends. He doesn't just stick the washcloth in the washer and let it soak, he floods us with His overwhelming mercy. Thankfulness tends to be constructed because the false ideology is that to be thankful you must receive something first in order to gain satisfaction. We no longer find contentment within the gifts that we give people, but selfishly become unquenched.
We live in a society of heavy duty trash bags. Everything gets dark, and people try to hold themselves together without any assistance from anyone else, but what happened to the beauty in letting people build you up? We stunt our own esteem whenever we let the constrained ways of the world grapple with who we know we are, making us no different than those trash bags thrown into the dumpster. Although it is a dirty place, he washes us in mercy and allows us to be clean. We mustn't ever forget that we are here for a specific purpose and that regardless of the negativity, we have to unleash our soulful spirits to breathe out his wonderful message. Show people your beautiful mind even if they can't understand what makes it so lovely because that's the secret to a beautiful mind; to show it regardless of the repercussions, because sharing the gospel is more crucial than being understood.
