While his discography is nothing short of legendary, he remains one of hip-hop's most underappreciated and underrated artists. Over the past year, The Game has remained relevant through his popular Instagram page, his efforts inactivism, igniting fueds with fellow rappers, and ofcourse, respectively, releasing two new projects: Block Wars and Streets of Compton.
Fast forward a year from his 2015 double-album, The Documentary 2/The Documentary 2.5, The Game is back with yet another project in 2016. With a cover art that pays homage to the iconic art for Snoop Dogg’s DoggyStyle and the West-coast as a whole, The Game is back, this time with a brand new LP titled, 1992.
Unlike Game's past releases, 1992 tracklist is not heavily loaded with guest features, which is an unusual sight for Game fans. Although there are some guest appearences on the album, the only credited feature is on the album's single, "All Eyez", which features Jeremih and is backed by Scott Storch.
1992 is the Compton MC's eighth studio album, and on it he proves that he can still compete with today's top-tier rappers.
