Culinary entertainment isn't what it was 5 years ago. The genre a seeing a nice shift into the art aspect of cooking. It's no longer just about watching someone cook food but rather the importance of food and what goes on behind the scenes. Food Journalism is changing in America and across the world. It is becoming something incredible and as a foodie, I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
