Sorority Recruitment. A week of tears, laughs and so much talking and singing you are almost guaranteed to lose your voice. Here are five stages every sorority girl goes through during recruitment!

1.Pure happiness.

It’s the first day, you’re dressed and ready to go in your cutest dress, your nametag is in place and you’re set and prepared to find only the dopest girls to fit in with you and your sistas.

2.Fear

Of course, you fell in love with a girl the first five minutes of round one and now she just NEEDS to be in your sorority. You just pray everyone else feels the same way.

3.Complete exhaustion.

After days of meetings that last for hours and countless 10 minute convos with dozens of PNM’s, you’re ready to drop dead from lack of sleep.

4.Love

After you leave your final meeting, you realize your overwhelming love for your sisters and all the beautiful new girls coming through.

5.Total Bliss.

It's bid day, so you're more excited than you’ve ever been and you can’t wait to show these girls the most amazing sorority ever!

Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
