Summer is coming to a close and with it comes the inevitable emotions we all feel. Soon, we'll be back at school/work and we will be dreaming of when we can be back laying on the beach without a care in the world. Here are the stages of dealing with the end of summertime sadness.
1. Denial
We will try with all of our might to pretend that summer isn't over. We will swim and drink cocktails until the end of time!
2. Anger
Summer is not over. You're wrong. Fall and responsibilities do not exist.
3. Bargaining
I will do anything to prolong summer. ANYTHING.
4. Depression
I can't believe it's over.
5. Acceptance
Only ten months until we can enjoy summer again.
